Framed by old-growth walking trails and relaxing lakeside views, The Flatiron District at Austin Ranch is a resort-style apartment community set in The Colony, Texas. Small Hat Studio was asked to take the existing logo and expand and elevate the brand and printed pieces to reflect the elegance of the property. While the client loved the initial layouts, budgets forced them to pursue another visual direction. Regardless, we still love how the paper selections enhanced the natural look and feel of these pieces.
