The chance to work with a client like Ghirardelli is a mouth-watering opportunity. Small Hat Studio partnered with a boutique consulting firm to develop an internal employee value proposition campaign. The effort was aimed at attracting and retaining talent at the chocolatier’s San Francisco corporate headquarters.

Ultimately, the project did not move forward, but not before we crafted these delicious collateral and microsite designs.
